How many times have you received an email warning you of an imminent virus threat, including suggested remedial/preventative actions only to find out that it was a hoax? ( I remember sending one myself a few years ago) Too late after you have deleted some vital system files. Check out the validity of such warnings here, then if the warning is genuine you can send out a warning email including a url link to the information on the Symantec site.
